HiBeads Summer Camp – Policies and Refund Terms
1. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot.
The remaining balance is due on the first day of camp.
2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made on or before May 1 are refundable minus processing fees. Cancellations made after May 1 are non-refundable.
3. HiBeads provides snacks, fruits, and drinks, but no lunch. Full-day campers must bring a nut-free lunch.
4. Drop-off opens 10 minutes before camp, and pick-up must be within 10 minutes after camp ends.
5. HiBeads may take photos or videos for promotional use unless parents request otherwise in writing.
6. Campers are expected to behave respectfully; repeated disruption may lead to dismissal without refund.
7. HiBeads Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Parents understand that normal art and STEAM activities may involve minor risks. By registering, you release HiBeads Studio, its owners, and staff from liability for accidents or minor injuries that may occur during regular camp activities. 9. Optional care add-ons (Early Drop-off / Late Pick-up) are $60/week each.
